Sürdürülebilir turizm kapsamında hayata geçirdiği projeler ile birçok ilke imza atan Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International, CK Enerji ile yaptığı iş birliğiyle birlikte bundan böyle Türkiye’deki tüm otellerinde kullandığı enerjinin yüzde 100’ünü yeşil enerji kaynaklarından karşılayacak. Küresel ısınmanın yarattığı iklim krizi, dünyanın sürdürülebilirliği açısından büyük tehdit oluştururken, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının önemi her geçen gün artmakta. CK Enerji ile yaptığımız anlaşmamızla birlikte otellerimizde kullanmış olduğumuz elektrik enerjisinin tamamının yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından alıyor olacağız. Aldığımız bu karar ile tüm yurtiçi otellerimiz, uluslararası geçerliliği bulunan bir sertifikasyon sistemi olan Uluslararası Yenilenebilir Enerji Sertifikası’nı (I-REC) almış oldu. Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International olarak, fosil yakıt, doğal gaz, kömür gibi kaynaklardan üretilen elektriğin karbon salınımını yüzde 99’un üzerinde azaltmış olma hedefimizin yanında, yıllık 20 milyon KWh’yi bulan elektrik tüketimimizin tamamını yeşil enerji kaynaklarından karşılayacağız. Kurmuş olduğumuz ‘Dedeman Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi’ çatısı altında hayata geçirdiğimiz projelerimiz neticesinde sürdürülebilir bir dünya yaratmayı kendimize misyon ediniyor ve çevreye duyarlı projeler hayata geçiriyoruz.
