Ege’nin önemli tarımsal ürünlerinden taze incir, başta Almanya, İngiltere, Hollanda, Fransa gibi Avrupa ülkeleri olmak üzere dünyanın dört bir yanına ihraç ediliyor.

Sarılop taze incirin ihracatı 31 Temmuz’dan itibaren başladı. Kesim tarihi 6 Ağustos, ihracat tarihi ise 7 Ağustos olarak belirlenen siyah incir de raflarda yerini aldı.

2022 yılında Türkiye’nin taze incir ihracatından 58 milyon dolarlık döviz geliri elde ettiği bilgisini paylaşan Ege İhracatçı Birlikleri Koordinatör Başkan Yardımcısı ve Ege Yaş Meyve Sebze İhracatçıları Birliği Başkanı Hayrettin Uçak, “2022’de 24 bin 16 ton taze inciri yaklaşık 60 ülkeye ihraç ettik. Taze incir ihracatımızın 45 milyon dolarlık büyük dilimi Bursa siyah incirinden elde edildi. Sarılop incirin ihracatı ise 12 milyon dolar oldu. 2023 yılında 100 milyon dolarlık taze incir ihracatı hedefliyoruz.” dedi.

Başkan Uçak, “Türkiye, 2022 yılında 47 ülkeye Bursa siyahı taze incir ihraç ederken ilk sırada 17,6 milyon dolarlık taleple Almanya yer aldı. Hollanda’ya 4,2 milyon dolarlık Bursa siyahı ihraç edilirken, Avusturya 3,4 milyon dolar, Birleşik Krallık 3,3 milyon dolarlık taleple üçüncü sıraya adını yazdırdı. Sarılop ihracatında Rusya Federasyonu 4,1 milyon dolarla zirvede yer alırken, Almanya’dan 3,5 milyon dolarlık sarılop talebi geldi. Hong Kong ise 1 milyon dolarlık sarılop ithal ederek üçüncü ülke oldu. Sarılop ihraç ettiğimiz ülke sayısı 40 olarak kayıtlara geçti.” diye konuştu.
