Tekfen Tarım, Ticaret Bakanlığı koordinasyonunda TİM tarafından gerçekleştirilen İnovaLİG Ödül Töreni’nde İnovasyon Organizasyonu ve Kültürü kategorisinde 2.’lik ödülünün sahibi oldu.


Ticaret Bakanlığı koordinasyonu ve Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi (TİM) ev sahipliğinde 9. kez düzenlenen Türkiye İnovasyon Haftası kapsamında gerçekleştirilen İnovaLİG Ödül Töreni’nde Tekfen Tarım, Ar-Ge ve inovasyon alanında imza attığı çalışmalarla ödüle layık görüldü. İnovasyon Organizasyonu ve Kültürü kategorisinde ilk 3’te yer alan firmalar belirlenirken, Tekfen Tarım ikincilik ödülünün sahibi oldu. Tekfen Tarım adına ödülü Toros Tarım Tarımsal Sanayi Grubu CEO’su Hakan Göral, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanı Mustafa Varank’tan aldı.
Türkiye İnovasyon Haftası bu yıl 12-13 Aralık tarihleri arasında Haliç Kongre Merkezi’nde “İnovasyonun Yeni Yüzyılı” teması ile gerçekleştirildi. Açılışını Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın yaptığı organizasyon kapsamında İnovaLİG Ödül Töreni ve kurumsal inovasyon öncülerinin yer aldığı İnoSUİT Sertifika Töreni düzenlendi.


Sadece başarılı inovasyon projelerini değil, inovasyonu sürdürülebilir bir süreç olarak gören şirketleri de ödüllendirmeyi amaçlayan İnovaLİG Ödül Töreni kapsamında Tekfen Tarım, bu yaklaşıma uygun olarak ele aldığı Ar-Ge ve İnovasyon anlayışıyla ve imza attığı çalışmalarla ödül alan firmalar arasında yer aldı. İnovalig Jüri heyeti tarafından yapılan değerlendirmede inovasyonu Ar-Ge ile destekleyerek bir kültür haline getiren Tekfen Tarım’ın Türk tarımının gelişimine yönelik oluşturduğu vizyon, ödüle layık görülmüş oldu.


Bu kapsamda Tarımsal Sanayi Grubu CEO’su Hakan Göral, şirket adına ödülü Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanı Mustafa Varank’tan aldı. Törenin ardından ödüle ilişkin bir açıklama yapan Göral, “Çalışmalarımızın böyle özel ve önemli bir ödülle karşılık bulması, çok gurur verici. Bu ödülün bizi çok daha iyi projelere imza atmak için teşvik edeceğine eminim. Amacımız her zaman tarımsal verimliliği en uygun ve yenilikçi yöntemlerle, kaynaklarımızı ve geleceği koruyarak artırmak. Bu konudaki çalışmalarımıza hız kesmeden devam edeceğiz” diye konuştu.

Toros Tarım’a İnoSUİT sertifikası
Öte yandan Türkiye İnovasyon Haftası kapsamında kurumsal inovasyon öncülerinin yer aldığı İnoSUİT Sertifika Töreni de gerçekleştirildi. İnoSuit Programı’na katılan firmalara verilen sertifikaya ilişkin düzenlenen törende, bir diğer Tekfen Holding şirketi Toros Tarım, programı tamamlayarak sertifika almaya hak kazanan firmalardan biri olarak yer aldı. Toros Tarım adına törene katılan Toros Tarım Araştırma Planlama ve Koordinasyon Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Nermin Aka, sertifikayı TİM Başkan Vekili Burak Yakın’ın elinden aldı.
Törenin ardından sertifikaya ve törene ilişkin açıklamada bulunan Nermin Aka, Toros Tarım’ın kurumsal inovasyon kültürü oluşturmak, bir sistem dahilinde inovasyon projelerinin geliştirilmesini sağlamak amacıyla oluşturulan İnoSuit Programı’na 2019 yılında dahil olduğunu hatırlatarak, “Toros Tarım Ar-Ge Merkezi tarafından koordine edilen proje çalışmaları kapsamında, TİM – Toros Tarım – Mersin Teknopark (Technoscope) üçgeninde üniversite-sanayi-sektör iş birliğine dayalı çalışmalar gerçekleştirdik. İnoSuit Programı ile inovasyon yönetimi yetkinliğinin artırılmasını, inovasyon yönetimi altyapısının oluşturulmasını ve güçlendirilmesini, kurumsal inovasyon sistemlerinin tasarlanması ve inovasyon projelerinin hayata geçirilmesini amaçladık” dedi.
