Su Ürünleri ve Hayvansal Mamuller İhracatında 250 Milyon Dolarlık Hedef!

Türkiye’nin ABD’ye su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller ihracatının yüzde 60’ını gerçekleştiren Ege Su Ürünleri ve Hayvansal Mamuller İhracatçıları Birliği, 15-17 Ocak’ta Las Vegas’ta düzenlenen ‘Winter Fancy Food Show Fuarı’na katıldı. Fuarda Ege İhracatçılar Birliği (EİB)’ni temsil edenlerden biri olan Türkiye Su Ürünleri ve Hayvansal Mamuller İhracatçı Birlikleri Sektör Kurulu Başkanı Sinan Kızıltan, “Hava kargoda ABD’ye sefer sayılarının artması ve kapasitenin gelişmesiyle su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller ihracatımızı 250 milyon dolara çıkaracak potansiyele sahip olacağız” dedi.

Türkiye’nin ABD’ye su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller ihracatının yüzde 60’ını gerçekleştiren Ege Su Ürünleri ve Hayvansal Mamuller İhracatçıları Birliği, Las Vegas’ta 15-17 Ocak’ta düzenlenen Winter Fancy Food Show Fuarı’na katıldı.

Ege Su Ürünleri ve Hayvansal Mamuller İhracatçıları Birliği Başkanı Bedri Girit, “Winter Fancy Food Show Fuarı’na her yıl 40’a yakın ülkeden 900 firma katılıyor ve fuar yılda 10 bin ziyaretçiyi ağırlıyor. Birliğimizce bu sene fuara ikinci kez katıldık. ABD’ye Türkiye geneli su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller ihracatımız 10 yılda yüzde 746 artarak 12 milyon dolardan 104 milyon dolara yükseldi. Birliğimizden ABD’ye ihracatımızı da son 10 yılda 5 milyon dolardan 62 milyon dolara çıkardık. EİB olarak ABD’de Türk gıda ürünlerinin tanıtımı amacıyla sürdürdüğümüz Turquality Projemiz ve ABD’de katıldığımız fuarlar sayesinde Türkiye’den ABD’ye gıda ihracatının artışını domine ediyoruz. Ülkemizin ABD’ye su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller ihracatının yüzde 60’ını gerçekleştiren Egeli ihracatçılar olarak bu sene ürünlerimizi Winter Fancy Food Show Fuarı’nda üç gün boyunca tanıttık.” dedi.


Türkiye Su Ürünleri ve Hayvansal Mamuller İhracatçı Birlikleri Sektör Kurulu Başkanı Sinan Kızıltan, “2022 yılında Türkiye’den ABD’ye yapılan su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller ihracatımızın yüzde 52’sini, EİB’ten ABD’ye yapılan su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller ihracatımızın ise yüzde 80’nini su ürünleri oluşturuyor. Hava kargoda ABD’ye sefer sayılarının artması ve kapasitenin gelişmesiyle su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller ihracatımızı 250 milyon dolara çıkaracak potansiyele sahip olacağız. EİB bünyesindeki 6 Gıda Birliğimiz ile birlikte ABD pazarında Ticaret Bakanlığı desteğiyle yürüttüğümüz Turkish Tastes Turquality projemizin ilk dört yıllık aşamasını hedeflerimize ulaşarak başarıyla tamamladık. Projenin ikinci aşaması için hazırlıklarımız büyük bir titizlikle yürütüyoruz. Turquality Projemiz kapsamında işbirliği yaptığımız Las Vegas Üniversitesi UNLV Dekanı, Nevada Restoranlar Birliği Başkanları (NvRA), Bölgenin en büyük seafood distribütörü ve kanatlı-yumurta sektörü özelinde görüşmeler yapılması için bir araya geldik. Geçen yıl Las Vegas Üniversitesi’nde açılan Türk mutfağı kürsüsünde derslerin geliştirilmesi ile ilgili görüşmelerde bulunduk.” diye konuştu.
