Tarım teknolojisi girişimi Soyl-Gel, ağırlığının 600 katı suyu tutarak sulama suyunun yarı yarıya azaltılmasını sağlayan bir ürün geliştirdi. Soy A.Ş. Kurucu Ortağı Dr. Merve Senem Seven, Fongogo ile başlattığı proje çerçevesinde şimdi de kadın girişimciler için 175 bin TL toplamayı hedefliyor.

Türkiye İş Bankası’nın Workup çatısı altında tarım girişimcilerine özel kurduğu WorkupAgri programı girişimlerinden olan ve tarımda sulama sıklığını yarı yarıya azaltan bir ürün geliştiren Soyl-Gel, Türkiye’nin öncü kitle fonlama platformu Fongogo ile bir proje başlattı. “Gelecek Kadınların Bereketli Ellerinde Yeşerecek” adını taşıyan proje için 175 bin TL toplanması hedefleniyor.

Bugüne kadar ödül ve bağış tarafında kültür sanattan teknolojiye ve çevreci oluşumlara kadar sayısız projenin finansmanına aracılık eden Fongogo, bu kez sürdürülebilir tarım için kadın girişimcilerin projesine destek oluyor. Sabancı Üniversitesi’nden bir grup araştırmacının, sürdürülebilir tarım için yüksek teknoloji geliştirmek amacıyla kurduğu Soyl-Gel, ağırlığının 600 katı suyu tutarak sulama suyunun yarı yarıya azaltılmasını sağlayan bir ürün geliştirdi. Aynı zamanda Türkiye İş Bankası’nın tarım girişimcilerine yönelik kurduğu WorkupAgri programı girişimcilerinden olan Soyl-Gel, Fongogo ile birlikte hayata geçirdiği “Gelecek Kadınların Bereketli Ellerinde Yeşerecek” projesi için ödül bazlı kitle fonlamasıyla 175 bin TL fon toplamayı hedefliyor.

Türkiye İş Bankası, Adana İl Tarım Müdürlüğü, Meryem Kadın Girişim Üretim ve İşletme Kooperatifi, Güney Adana Kadın Girişimciler Tarımsal Kalkınma Kooperatifi, Adana Tapaneli Kooperatif ve bireysel kadın üreticilerin yer aldığı proje kapsamında kadın çiftçiler 80 dekarlık arazide sürdürülebilir tarım için sulama sıklığını yarı yarıya azaltan Soyl-Gel ürünleri kullanacak. Kampanyaya destek olanlara kadın girişimcilerin ürünleri hediye edilecek.

Soy A.Ş. Kurucu Ortağı Dr. Merve Senem Seven; Soyl-Gel olarak inovasyona dayalı tarımsal üretimi ve kadın girişimciliği teşvik etmeyi amaçladıklarını belirterek, şunları söyledi: “Soyl-Gel ürünü kendi ağırlığının 600 katı kadar su emebilme potansiyeline sahip ve geliştirilmiş bir malzeme yapısında olduğundan emdiği suyu bir ay boyunca muhafaza ediyor. Bu sayede bitkinin ihtiyacı olan suyu karşılanırken, sulama sıklığı ise yarı yarıya kadar azalıyor. Ürünümüz aynı zamanda toprağa uygulanmış gübrelerin etkinliğini, onları daha uzun süreler boyunca kök bölgesinde tutarak artırıyor.

Soy A.Ş. olarak tarım arazilerinin azaldığı ve su sıkıntısının yaşandığı bir ortamda çiftçilerimizin özellikle de kadın girişimcilerimizin inovasyona dayalı tarımsal üretimlerini destekliyoruz.

Fongogo’nun desteğiyle başlattığımız kampanya sonucunda toplanan fon ile kadın çiftçilerin üretimlerini Soyl-Gel ürünleriyle yapmalarını sağlayacağız. Ayrıca elde edecekleri hasatın ön alımını yapacağız. Böylece kadınları girişimciliğe teşvik etmeyi, tarımsal üretimde teknolojik çözümler konusunda bilinçlendirmeyi, su tüketimi konusunda farkındalık yaratılmasına katkı sunmayı hedefliyoruz.”

Konuyla ilgili değerlendirmede bulunan Fongogo Kurucu Ortağı Ali Tirkeş ise sürdürülebilir tarımda kadın girişimcilerin desteklenmesi gerektiğinin altını çizerek, şöyle konuştu: “2013 yılından beri farklı alanlarda sosyal fayda sunan girişimlerin fon arayışına aracılık ediyoruz. İnsanların hayallerini gerçekleştirmesine vesile olmamız bizim en değer verdiğimiz tarafımız. Bu kez tarımsal alanlarda kadın girişimcilerin öne çıkmasını sağlayan Soyl-Gel’in “Gelecek Kadınların Bereketli Ellerinde Yeşerecek” projesine katkıda bulunmaktan gurur duyuyoruz. Bu projenin Türkiye’ye örnek olmasını, yaygınlaşmasını ve bunun gibi projelerin çoğalmasını diliyoruz. Geleceğe umut veren sosyal fayda içeren projelere can suyu olmaya devam edeceğiz.”
