Tate & Lyle, çoğu insanın diyetlerinde yeterince lif almadığı bir dönemde formülatörlerin ve gıda bilimcilerinin en zorlu lif formülasyonu zorluklarını bile çözmelerine yardımcı olmak için tasarlanmış yeni bir çevrimiçi modüler kurs olan Fibre Üniversitesi’ni başlattı.

Beslenme ve Düzenleme İşleri Küresel Başkanı Dr. Kavita Karnik konu hakkında şunları söyledi: “Araştırmalar, dünyanın dört bir yanındaki çoğu insanın diyetlerinde yeterince lif almadığını ve sonuç olarak bir dizi sağlık yararından mahrum kaldığını gösteriyor”.
