Dünya gastronomi etkinlikleri içerisinde ilk 4 sırada yer alan VII. Uluslararası Gastromasa Gastronomi Konferansı, 19-20 Kasım 2022 tarihleri arasında Haliç Kongre Merkezi’nde kapılarını yeniden açıyor.

Bu sene “Sürdürülebilirlik & Biyoçeşitlilik” teması çerçevesinde şekillenecek olan VII. Uluslararası Gastromasa Gastronomi Konferansı; Gastromasa Bar, Gastromasa Pastry, Gastromasa Hospitality olarak 4 yeni konsepti ile Gastromasa’nın çatısı altında yer alarak, dünya gastronomisine damgasını vurmaya hazırlanıyor!

Türkiye ile dünya gastronomisi arasında köprü görevini sürdüren ve dünya gastronomisinin en önemli kongrelerinden olan VII. Uluslararası Gastromasa Gastronomi Konferansı, bu yıl yeni konseptleriyle “Sürdürülebilirlik & Biyoçeşitlilik” teması çerçevesinde organizasyonu şekillendirmeye devam edecek. VII. Uluslararası Gastromasa Gastronomi Konferansı’nda Gastromasa Bar, Gastromasa Pastry, Gastromasa Hospitality konseptleri ile sektöre yön veren dünyaca ünlü gastronomi profesyonelleri aynı çatı altında toplanacak. 15. yılını geride bırakan Sözen Organizasyon tarafından gerçekleştirilecek konferans bu sene sektörün nabzını tutacak konular, ilgi çekici workshoplar ve sürdürülebilir markaların katılımıyla misafirlerini ağırlamaya hazırlanıyor.

Uluslararası Gastromasa Gastronomi Konferansı’nda bir araya geliyor. Misafirler aynı zamanda projeleri ile sürdürülebilirliği destekleyen yüzlerce firmayı tanıma şansına ve stantları ile katılım gösteren firmaların yeni ürünlerini deneyimleme şansına sahip olacaklar.

Gastromasa Konferansı içerisinde ilk kez yer alacak olan Gastromasa Bar’da misafirler dünyanın en ünlü ve ödüllü 10 sommelier’inin ve 6 miksolojist’inin ilham veren hikâyelerini ve en son trendleri dinleyecekler. Aynı zamanda konuklar sürdürülebilir bar ve içeceklerin önemi ve kalitesi üzerine gerçekleşecek ilgi çekici workshop’lar ile benzersiz bir deneyim yaşayacaklar.

Eşsiz yeteneklerin sergileneceği, yeni trendlerin ele alınacağı ve sektördeki sürdürülebilir çalışmaların masaya yatırılacağı Gastromasa Pastry bu sene çok daha özel olarak gerçekleşecek.
