TABADER, Tahıl Zirvesi Masasını Rusya’da Kuruyor

Türk un, yem, tahıl işleme makinaları ve değirmencilik sektörünü Moskova’da buluşturacak İDMA Rusya Fuarı’nda TABADER, Türkiye-Rusya Tahıl, Bakliyat ve Yem Zirvesi’ne ev sahipliği yapacak. Türkiye’den TABADER (Tahıl ve Bakliyat İşleme Teknolojileri, Depolama ve Analiz Sistemleri Derneği), Rusya’dan Uluslararası Endüstri Akademisi, Rusya Un ve Yem İşletmecileri Birliği temsilcileri Türk-Rus ortak Tahıl Zirvesi’nde dünya tahıl sektörünün geleceğini sektörün tüm paydaşlarıyla birlikte değerlendirecek. İDMA Rusya fuarıyla eşzamanlı başlayacak zirvede; yeni dönemin tahıl, bakliyat, yem politikaları ve stratejileri masaya yatırılacak konu başlıkları arasında olacak.

Birleşmiş Milletler Gıda ve Tarım Örgütü (FAO) verilerine göre karabuğday, arpa, yulaf üretiminde birinci, buğday ve çavdar üretiminde ise dünya üçüncüsü olan Rusya, 130 milyon tonluk tahıl rekoltesiyle dünyanın en önemli ilk 5 üretici ülkesi arasında yer alıyor. Un, yem, tahıl işleme makinaları ve değirmencilik sektörünü başkent Moskova’da buluşturan İDMA Rusya Fuarı’yla eşzamanlı başlayacak Türk-Rus Tahıl, Bakliyat ve Yem Zirvesi’nde Türkiye’yi TABADER (Tahıl ve Bakliyat İşleme Teknolojileri, Depolama ve Analiz Sistemleri Derneği) temsil edecek. TABADER, Rusya Uluslararası Endüstri Akademisi ve Rusya Un ve Yem İşletmecileri Birliği’nin birlikte düzenleyeceği Türkiye-Rusya Tahıl, Bakliyat ve Yem Zirvesi dünyanın tahıl deposu Rusya’da 30 Kasım – 1 Aralık 2022 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirilecek.

Türkiye ve Rusya’nın tahıl, bakliyat, yem üretimi ve endüstrisi alanında uzun yıllara dayalı iş birliğine vurgu yapan TABADER Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bayram, “Dünya nüfusu hızla artıyor. Hızla artan nüfusun proteine olan talebi de düzenli olarak yükseliş gösteriyor. 2030 yılında proteine talebinin yüzde 70 artması beklendiğini göz önünde bulundurursak, insanlığın küresel iklim değişiklikleri ve kuraklıklarla mücadele eden önemli protein kaynağı tahıl ve bakliyat üretimine olan bağlılığının artacağını söyleyebiliriz. Özellikle tahıl ve bakliyat üretiminde son yıllarda uyguladığı politikalarla geçtiğimiz 10 yılda yüzde 118 oranında bir rekolte artışı yaşayan Rusya dünyanın en büyük üretici ülkeleri arasında yer alıyor. Bu sebeple insanlığın temel problemi olan gıdaya erişim, gıda güvenliği ve sürdürülebilir üretim konularını masaya yatıracağımız Tahıl, Bakliyat ve Yem Zirvesi’ni bu yıl Rusya’da gerçekleştireceğiz” dedi.
